Needed Ranks

Hello everyone, we now have all the S ranks that we need now. For now, could all of the new members make Genin or Chuunin of the following villages:

Konoha

Suna

Iwa

However, you may make a Jounin with permission from a village's KAGE. No asking mods or Admins, it has to be the village's Kage since the character would be in their village and they have to make a gauge on how worthy you are.
